As principal and founder of Studio Prima, Lindy creates distinctive identities using her extensive experience in business development, marketing, and project management. Lindy’s organizational skills and fine eye for detail make simple the work of managing complicated projects, schedules, and budgets. A graduate of Butler University and the Jordan College of Fine Arts, Lindy has engaged the full range of the communications cosmos as a full-time design instructor and curriculum developer, gallery curator, business manager, and marketing director. She believes design, technology, and business are gracefully woven into the art and science of persuasion, ensuring a holistic approach for clients.

Paul believes design is first and foremost about people and purpose — the connections people make and the positive change they can bring. Design can inspire the user to see the unseen in themselves, their work, and their potential. With an MBA in Design Management, summa cum laude, London, UK, Paul combines strategic imagination and business thinking to deliver brand management programs that transform people and their company cultures. Paul is a regular conference speaker and visiting university lecturer, inspiring listeners to understand how the power of design can bring a measurable and lasting change to their lives.

Design is an interplay of art, psychology, and technology. Chris has the enjoyable task of weaving these elements into productive solutions.

A lifelong artistic interest led Chris to pursue painting and calligraphy while supporting himself as a sign painter. For inspiration he wandered through dusty European museums poring over the great works. Eventually he returned to school for training in advertising and graphic design at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. With the advent of the Internet, Chris took up the study of usability and interface design as well.

Today he strives for the perfect union of form and function: marshaling metaphor, classical design, and typographic beauty to communicate the client’s message.

Brett’s project management background distinguishes him from traditional developers, as he’s able to put clients at ease with complex technology. He is the master of many platforms, addressing clients' current and future needs with state-of-the-art custom software solutions. For more than twenty years, Brett has specialized in internet-related programming, applications, system analysis and design, and relational database systems — and is adept at coding both client- and server-side languages to ensure that a well-designed site with accurate functionality can be successful across all major platforms. In short, Brett knows how to make machines shake hands with human beings. He lives in Olympia with his wife and two children.

With over fifteen year’s experience, Matt designs systems suited to clients' needs, finding innovative solutions to any problem. Matt is adept at a variety of computer technologies, including data migration, standalone application development, data mining, networking, security, bug tracing, and IT support. His project accomplishments range from simple CMS-driven web sites to designing a complex relational database for tracking cellular antenna alignment, masking it behind an elegant, easy-to-use web interface. Matt has a BS in Computer Science with honors from Gonzaga University, a JD and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Washington, along with membership in the Mensa Society.
