We've found that really great designers are usually pretty humble. Their work speaks more convincingly than any title or resume. If you think you're great you probably aren't. Can you be trained to think conceptually? Can you create compelling concepts for a bank as easily as for a band? Do you play the keyboard like a piano when you use Photoshop? Do you live on the web? Do you send email to sites telling them how to improve the user experience? Do you wish more designers would kern type for web? Requirements: • Amazing design skills • Power user in Photoshop and Illustrator • Lots of experience working with highly skilled developers. Working knowledge of HTML, database sites, style sheets, and browser requirements a must. • Willing to work fixed bid contract. • Able to work in a team and interface with clients.
